‘Signature Legacy,’ ‘we,’ ‘us,’ and ‘our’ refer to Signature Masterpiece Co., Ltd., unless the context expressly indicates otherwise.

Unless a product page, invoice, or written agreement clearly identifies another seller, Signature Masterpiece Co., Ltd. is the seller of record for works purchased through Signature Legacy.

An artisan whose name, work, studio, interview, or creative process appears on the website is not automatically a party to the customer’s purchase contract and does not have authority to amend Signature Legacy’s terms, accept liability on our behalf, or make binding commitments concerning price, delivery, refund, warranty, or certification unless expressly authorized in writing.

2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THIS LEGAL NOTICE

Signature Legacy is a curated global platform presenting Korean master artisans, heritage craftsmanship, commissioned works, limited allocations, films, interviews, cultural narratives, collector services, and related digital features.

This Legal Notice governs general access to and use of the website and explains important legal principles concerning:

* the identity and role of Signature Legacy;
* website information and editorial content;
* made-to-order and commissioned works;
* product descriptions and handmade variation;
* authenticity, provenance, and certification;
* intellectual property;
* customer-supplied materials;
* website security and prohibited conduct;
* liability and governing law; and
* other matters relating to the Services.

Purchases and commissions are also governed by the Terms of Service, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Privacy Policy, product description, quotation, order confirmation, certificate terms, and any written commission agreement applicable to the transaction.

If an order-specific written agreement conflicts with a general website policy, the order-specific agreement will ordinarily control with respect to that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes, restricts, or overrides a consumer right, statutory warranty, remedy, jurisdiction, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND LEGAL CAPACITY

The commerce and commissioning functions of the Services are intended for persons who have reached the legal age of majority and have capacity to enter into a binding contract.

By submitting an order or commission request, you represent that:

* you have legal capacity to enter into the transaction;
* the information you provide is accurate;
* you are acting for yourself or possess lawful authority to act for another person or entity;
* the payment method is valid and authorized; and
* the transaction is not prohibited by sanctions, export controls, anti-fraud requirements, or other applicable law.

If you act for a company, gallery, institution, principal, trust, estate, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that party.

We may request identity, authority, payment, or compliance information before accepting or fulfilling a high-value or otherwise sensitive transaction.

4. INFORMATIONAL NATURE OF THE WEBSITE

We take considerable care in presenting works, artisans, materials, techniques, dimensions, histories, cultural context, and editorial content.

Nevertheless, website content may occasionally contain:

* typographical errors;
* translation differences;
* technical inaccuracies;
* incomplete or outdated information;
* photography or display limitations;
* availability changes;
* pricing or currency errors; or
* information that becomes subject to later scholarly, technical, artistic, or legal interpretation.

We may correct or update website content at any time.

A correction to general editorial content does not necessarily alter an already accepted contract. If a material error affects an order, we will contact the customer and provide the options required by the applicable contract and law.

No statement on the website should be interpreted as professional legal, tax, customs, investment, appraisal, conservation, architectural, engineering, medical, or financial advice.

5. ORDER SUBMISSION AND ACCEPTANCE

Placing a work in a cart, submitting payment details, receiving a payment authorization, or receiving an automated acknowledgment does not necessarily mean that Signature Legacy has accepted the order.

An order constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase or commission the identified work under the terms presented at the time of submission.

Signature Legacy may conduct:

* availability review;
* artisan and production-feasibility review;
* material review;
* specification confirmation;
* pricing verification;
* payment and fraud screening;
* sanctions and export review;
* shipping and insurance review;
* identity or authority verification; and
* other reasonable checks before acceptance.

A binding order is accepted when Signature Legacy sends a written Order Acceptance Notice, expressly confirms the commission in writing, or otherwise begins performance in circumstances clearly indicating acceptance.

An automated ‘Order Received’ or payment-processing message may serve only as acknowledgment of receipt unless it expressly states that the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to decline, limit, suspend, or cancel an order before or after acceptance where:

* the work is unavailable;
* the artisan cannot reasonably undertake the commission;
* the requested specifications are technically, artistically, legally, or ethically unsuitable;
* materials are unavailable or cannot lawfully be obtained;
* a price, product description, availability statement, tax, or shipping charge contains a material error;
* payment is not authorized or cleared;
* fraud, chargeback, sanctions, resale abuse, or security concerns arise;
* the customer fails to provide required information or approval;
* the destination cannot lawfully or safely receive the work;
* fulfillment would expose the work, artisan, customer, or Signature Legacy to unreasonable risk; or
* another legitimate business or legal reason applies.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will provide the refund or other remedy required under the applicable contract and law. We will not require the customer to pay a higher corrected price without consent.

6. MADE-TO-ORDER AND COMMISSIONED WORKS

A made-to-order purchase is not an ordinary inventory transaction. It is a dedicated creative and production commitment undertaken for a particular collector.

Following acceptance, Signature Legacy or the assigned artisan may:

* reserve limited production time;
* decline or postpone other work;
* obtain, select, prepare, cut, alter, or allocate materials;
* produce drawings or specifications;
* commence handwork, finishing, curing, firing, lacquering, carving, inlaying, weaving, forging, polishing, or assembly;
* prepare certifications and provenance records;
* commission specialist packing or crating; and
* incur other order-specific costs.

Once these commitments begin, cancellation, modification, return, exchange, or refund may be restricted as described in the Return & Refund Policy and any order-specific terms.

The collector is responsible for reviewing all dimensions, materials, inscriptions, motifs, colors, finishes, intended use, installation requirements, estimated timelines, and delivery conditions before providing final approval.

7. CUSTOMER APPROVALS AND CHANGE REQUESTS

A written approval provided by email, account message, electronic form, signed document, or another agreed method may be relied upon as confirmation of the approved specification or production stage.

After approval:

* a requested modification may be declined;
* additional design, material, production, documentation, or shipping charges may apply;
* completion and delivery estimates may change;
* previously completed work may be irreversible; and
* a modification may require a new quotation or commission agreement.

Signature Legacy is not responsible for an error contained in a specification, inscription, address, name, date, translation, motif, reference image, or instruction approved or supplied by the customer, except to the extent the error resulted from our failure to follow the approved information.

Any correction should be requested immediately. A request is not effective until accepted by Signature Legacy in writing.

8. ARTISAN AUTHORSHIP AND CREATIVE DISCRETION

A commissioned heritage work is created through the judgment, hand, and experience of the assigned artisan.

Unless a written commission agreement states otherwise, approval of a concept or reference does not eliminate the artisan’s reasonable discretion concerning:

* composition;
* placement;
* proportion;
* material selection;
* color balance;
* natural pattern;
* hand-cutting and inlay;
* brushwork;
* carving;
* glaze and kiln outcome;
* surface treatment;
* structural integrity;
* finishing; and
* other details inherent in the relevant craft.

Signature Legacy and the artisan may make reasonable technical or artistic adjustments necessary to:

* preserve structural stability;
* respect the material;
* maintain the integrity of the craft;
* meet safety or conservation requirements;
* comply with law;
* improve long-term durability; or
* resolve an issue that could not reasonably have been predicted before production.

A material departure from confirmed specifications will be handled according to the applicable contract and law. Ordinary artistic judgment and handmade variation do not constitute a material departure.

9. HANDMADE CHARACTER AND NATURAL VARIATION

Signature Legacy works are not products of industrial uniformity.

Natural and handmade characteristics may include variation in:

* lacquer color, depth, sheen, or curing;
* mother-of-pearl color, iridescence, thickness, and pattern;
* wood grain, tone, movement, and natural markings;
* ceramic form, glaze, kiln effect, crazing, and firing result;
* metal patina, hammering, casting, engraving, or oxidation;
* textile weave, dye, embroidery, and fiber;
* hand-cut, hand-carved, hand-painted, or hand-inlaid details;
* dimensions and symmetry within reasonable craft tolerances;
* surface texture;
* minor tool traces;
* natural aging and patina; and
* other qualities intrinsic to the material or process.

These characteristics are evidence of individual making and material authenticity rather than defects where they remain consistent with the work’s description, confirmed specifications, and reasonable standards of the relevant craft.

Photographs, samples, prototypes, renderings, and previously completed works are illustrative references. No two handmade works can be assumed to be identical.

10. PHOTOGRAPHS, COLOR, SCALE, AND DIMENSIONS

We endeavor to present works accurately. However:

* screens display color and brightness differently;
* photography lighting may affect tone, reflection, lacquer depth, glaze, metal, and iridescence;
* mother-of-pearl and other reflective materials change according to viewing angle and light;
* images may not communicate actual scale;
* measurements may be rounded;
* handmade dimensions may contain reasonable tolerances; and
* packaging and display objects may not be included unless stated.

Customers should review the stated dimensions and, where appropriate, create a physical scale reference in the intended space before ordering.

If exact color, dimensional tolerance, installation fit, or another characteristic is essential, the customer must request written confirmation before placing the order.

Nothing in this Section excuses a material misdescription or limits a mandatory right concerning non-conforming goods.

11. MATERIALS, CARE, DISPLAY, AND INTENDED USE

Works should be used, displayed, installed, stored, cleaned, and maintained in accordance with the care instructions provided.

Unless expressly represented otherwise, customers should not assume that a work is suitable for:

* outdoor exposure;
* direct sunlight;
* high heat;
* open flame;
* excessive humidity or dryness;
* continuous water contact;
* food or beverage contact;
* dishwasher or microwave use;
* structural or load-bearing use;
* commercial or public installation;
* handling by children;
* exposure to chemicals; or
* another specialized purpose.

Natural materials may continue to respond to light, temperature, humidity, oxygen, and time. Proper patina and natural evolution are not necessarily defects.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the intended installation environment is suitable and that any independent installer, architect, conservator, or contractor is appropriately qualified.

12. AUTHENTICITY, PROVENANCE, AND CERTIFICATION

Where applicable, a work may be accompanied by:

* a Signature Legacy Certificate of Authenticity;
* an artisan-issued certificate;
* provenance information;
* production documentation;
* a quality or inspection record;
* a digital certificate; or
* another document identified in the product description.

A certificate records the information reasonably available to and verified by its issuer at the time of issuance.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written guarantee, a certificate does not guarantee:

* a future resale price;
* future appreciation;
* liquidity;
* acceptance by every auction house, appraiser, insurer, museum, customs authority, marketplace, or future buyer;
* a particular tax, customs, or legal treatment;
* inclusion in a catalogue raisonné;
* future scholarly consensus; or
* the future condition of a work after improper handling, installation, storage, repair, alteration, or environmental exposure.

Authenticity, attribution, dating, cultural terminology, and scholarly interpretation may sometimes evolve as records, methods, or expert opinions develop.

Where Signature Legacy provides a specific written Authenticity Guarantee, that guarantee is governed by its stated scope, duration, procedure, exclusions, and remedies. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Certificates, provenance documents, serial numbers, seals, digital records, and authentication materials must be preserved with the work. Their loss, alteration, separation, unauthorized reproduction, or destruction may affect future verification and value.

13. NO INVESTMENT, APPRAISAL, OR RESALE GUARANTEE

Signature Legacy presents works for their craftsmanship, cultural meaning, authorship, aesthetic importance, and value to collectors.

Nothing on the Services constitutes:

* investment advice;
* financial advice;
* a regulated appraisal;
* a securities offering;
* a promise of appreciation;
* a guarantee of resale;
* a guarantee of liquidity;
* a forecast of auction performance; or
* a representation that a work will maintain or increase its market value.

Market value may be influenced by condition, provenance, scholarship, demand, artist or artisan reputation, documentation, economic conditions, legal restrictions, and many other factors outside our control.

A collector should obtain independent professional advice before relying on a purchase for tax, estate, insurance, investment, accounting, or resale purposes.

14. CULTURAL AND OFFICIAL DESIGNATIONS

References to a ‘master artisan,’ ‘official master,’ ‘intangible cultural heritage holder,’ ‘Living National Treasure,’ award, title, certificate, institutional recognition, or governmental designation must be interpreted according to the issuing jurisdiction, institution, title, scope, and date stated in the relevant description.

A designation granted under Korean law or by a Korean authority is not automatically equivalent to a legal designation used in another country.

Translations may be selected to assist international understanding but do not replace the original Korean title or official record.

Signature Legacy will endeavor to distinguish official governmental designations from honorary, professional, institutional, municipal, industry, or editorial descriptions.

15. PRICES, CURRENCIES, TAXES, AND ERRORS

Prices may be displayed in one or more currencies for customer convenience.

Currency conversions may be provided by Shopify, payment providers, card networks, or other services and may differ from the final rate applied by the customer’s financial institution.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

* shipping may be charged separately;
* customs duties and import taxes may not be included;
* specialist crating, insurance, white-glove delivery, storage, or installation may require a separate quotation; and
* bank, card, foreign-transaction, and currency-conversion fees are determined by third parties.

We reserve the right to correct a material pricing, currency, tax, shipping, or description error before accepting an order.

We will not impose a corrected higher price on an accepted consumer order without any agreement required by law.

Government-imposed taxes and duties may vary by destination. Mandatory non-governmental charges will be disclosed before the customer becomes bound where required by law.

16. AVAILABILITY, RESERVATIONS, AND LIMITED ALLOCATIONS

Displaying a work on the website does not guarantee availability.

A work may become unavailable because of:

* a simultaneous inquiry or purchase;
* prior reservation;
* artisan allocation;
* withdrawal by the artisan or owner;
* condition or quality concerns;
* documentation requirements;
* export restrictions;
* website synchronization delay; or
* another legitimate reason.

A wishlist, availability alert, inquiry, waitlist, or concierge discussion does not reserve a work unless Signature Legacy expressly confirms a reservation in writing.

We may limit quantities, allocations, accounts, or access to limited works to protect fair distribution, artisan capacity, brand integrity, and the collector community.

17. PERSONAL AND INSTITUTIONAL COLLECTION; UNAUTHORIZED COMMERCIAL USE

Purchasing a work does not appoint the purchaser as an authorized Signature Legacy dealer, representative, distributor, agent, franchisee, or commercial partner.

A lawful owner may exercise rights of ownership available under applicable law. However, the purchaser may not:

* represent that Signature Legacy or the artisan endorses a resale business;
* use Signature Legacy trademarks, certificates, photographs, films, or editorial content without permission;
* reproduce or manufacture copies or derivatives;
* issue unauthorized certificates;
* alter provenance documents;
* remove or misuse serial numbers or authentication features;
* market an altered or repaired work as remaining in its original condition; or
* create a false impression of affiliation, authorization, scarcity, provenance, or endorsement.

We may decline future allocations or services to persons reasonably believed to be engaged in fraud, counterfeiting, abusive speculative purchasing, unauthorized commercial resale, or conduct harmful to artisans, collectors, or the integrity of the platform, subject to applicable law.

18. OWNERSHIP OF THE PHYSICAL WORK AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Purchase of a physical work transfers ownership of that physical work only as provided by the applicable sales contract.

It does not, by itself, transfer:

* copyright;
* moral rights;
* design rights;
* trademark rights;
* reproduction rights;
* adaptation rights;
* merchandising rights;
* film, photography, or broadcasting rights;
* digital or NFT rights;
* commercial licensing rights; or
* any other intellectual property right belonging to the artisan, Signature Legacy, or another rights holder.

Unless expressly licensed in writing, the purchaser may not commercially reproduce, scan, manufacture, tokenize, mint, animate, adapt, publish, distribute, license, merchandise, or create derivative products from the work or its protected design.

Ordinary private ownership, display, photography, resale, scholarship, criticism, news reporting, and other lawful uses remain subject to the rights and limitations provided by applicable law.

19. WEBSITE AND CONTENT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and their contents may include:

* the Signature Legacy name and logo;
* trademarks and trade dress;
* domain names;
* website design and user interface;
* text and translations;
* product descriptions;
* research and editorial narratives;
* photographs and illustrations;
* films, interviews, audio, and music;
* graphics and animations;
* artisan profiles;
* databases and classifications;
* certificates and document designs;
* software and source code;
* recommendation systems;
* metadata; and
* other protected materials.

These materials are owned by or licensed to Signature Legacy, the relevant artisan, photographer, filmmaker, author, composer, developer, or other rights holder.

Except for limited personal, non-commercial viewing of the Services, no license is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

Without prior written authorization, you may not:

* copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit content;
* edit, translate, adapt, synchronize, or create derivative works;
* remove watermarks or proprietary notices;
* frame or mirror the Services;
* use content in catalogues, advertisements, marketplaces, exhibitions, broadcasts, social media campaigns, or commercial presentations;
* download or extract films, photographs, subtitles, audio, product data, or databases;
* use our marks in domain names, metadata, keywords, advertising accounts, or social profiles;
* imply sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, or affiliation; or
* assist another person in doing so.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

20. TEXT AND DATA MINING, SCRAPING, AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Signature Legacy expressly reserves all rights in its website, databases, films, images, audio, subtitles, translations, product information, cultural research, artisan documentation, and other content for purposes of text and data mining, machine learning, generative artificial intelligence, model training, retrieval-augmented generation, synthetic-data creation, and similar computational uses.

Except where a use cannot lawfully be restricted, you may not use automated or manual means to:

* scrape or harvest content;
* build or enrich a commercial dataset;
* train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark, or ground an artificial intelligence model;
* generate imitations of an artisan’s identifiable style or protected work;
* extract subtitles, translations, metadata, images, video frames, or production knowledge at scale;
* create a competing catalogue, marketplace, recommendation service, authenticity system, or commercial archive;
* bypass robots.txt, access controls, rate limits, or technical protection measures; or
* enable another party to conduct these activities.

For publicly available online content, this clause constitutes an express reservation of rights, including for purposes of Article 4 of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and analogous laws.

Any machine-readable reservation, robots instruction, metadata declaration, or technical signal implemented by Signature Legacy supplements this notice.

Researchers, archives, museums, educators, media organizations, and technology providers seeking permission should contact [concierge@signaturelegacy.co](mailto:concierge@signaturelegacy.co) before use.

21. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED MATERIALS AND CUSTOM DESIGNS

If you submit a photograph, logo, drawing, design, inscription, poem, quotation, family crest, character, artwork, trademark, portrait, reference image, or other material for a commission, you represent that:

* you own the material or possess the necessary authorization;
* the requested use does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, moral, cultural, or contractual rights;
* the material is not unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, abusive, or harmful; and
* Signature Legacy and the artisan may use it to the extent necessary to evaluate and fulfill the request.

You grant Signature Legacy, the assigned artisan, and necessary production partners a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, transmit, and use the submitted material solely as reasonably necessary to evaluate, design, produce, document, certify, deliver, repair, or service the commissioned work.

We may refuse a request that appears to copy another artist’s work, misuse a protected symbol, violate law, create cultural harm, or expose Signature Legacy or the artisan to a credible legal or ethical concern.

To the extent permitted by law, the customer is responsible for claims and reasonable losses arising from customer-supplied material that the customer was not authorized to use.

22. COMMISSION PHOTOGRAPHY AND ARCHIVAL USE

Unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise, Signature Legacy and the artisan may retain non-identifying photographs, video, measurements, specifications, and production records of a commissioned work for:

* quality assurance;
* authenticity and provenance;
* conservation and repair;
* artisan and brand archives;
* fraud prevention;
* scholarship;
* training concerning the relevant craft;
* non-identifying portfolio use;
* editorial or educational content; and
* promotion of the artisan and Signature Legacy.

Before publicly using material that identifies the collector, reveals a private residence, displays a portrait or personal dedication, or discloses confidential commission information, we will remove or obscure the identifying element or obtain authorization where required.

23. DIGITAL CERTIFICATES, NFTS, AND BLOCKCHAIN FEATURES

A blockchain-based certificate, NFT, token, wallet function, or digital provenance record is not, unless expressly stated and lawfully offered as such:

* a security;
* an investment product;
* a financial account;
* legal title to the physical work;
* a transfer of copyright;
* a promise of liquidity;
* a guarantee of market value; or
* a substitute for the applicable physical or written certificate.

Public blockchains may be permanent, transparent, and subject to technical risks including:

* protocol changes;
* forks;
* network congestion;
* smart-contract errors;
* cybersecurity incidents;
* wallet compromise;
* lost credentials;
* marketplace discontinuation; and
* changes in law or platform support.

The customer is responsible for protecting private keys, seed phrases, passwords, and wallet access. Signature Legacy will never request a wallet seed phrase or private key.

Any blockchain feature may be subject to separate terms presented before activation or issuance.

24. ACCEPTABLE USE AND WEBSITE SECURITY

You may not use the Services to:

* violate law or another person’s rights;
* commit fraud or impersonation;
* interfere with operation or security;
* introduce malware or malicious code;
* probe or test vulnerabilities without authorization;
* bypass authentication or access controls;
* use bots to reserve or acquire limited works;
* create false accounts;
* manipulate pricing, availability, reviews, or transactions;
* conduct abusive chargebacks;
* harass artisans, staff, collectors, or partners;
* obtain information beyond what the Services intentionally provide; or
* use the Services in a manner that could damage Signature Legacy, its reputation, its artisans, or its collector community.

We may suspend or terminate access, cancel affected requests, preserve evidence, and cooperate with authorities where we reasonably believe misuse has occurred, subject to applicable law.

25. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

The Services may contain links to Shopify, PayPal, carriers, social media platforms, museums, institutions, artisans, media providers, and other third-party services.

A link is provided for convenience or context and does not necessarily constitute endorsement, control, partnership, or responsibility.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, security, and legal obligations. Signature Legacy is not responsible for independent third-party content or conduct to the extent permitted by law.

26. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND CYBERSECURITY DISCLAIMER

We endeavor to maintain a refined, secure, and reliable digital experience. However, the website and non-contractual website content are provided on an ‘as available’ basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that:

* access will be continuous or error-free;
* every defect will be corrected immediately;
* every translation or currency conversion will be exact;
* the Services will be compatible with every device or browser;
* the website will always be free from malicious third-party activity; or
* archived or third-party content will remain available.

We may suspend, modify, restrict, or discontinue website features for maintenance, security, legal compliance, technical improvement, or business reasons.

This website disclaimer does not remove any express contractual commitment or mandatory warranty applicable to a purchased work.

27. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Signature Legacy and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the website, including loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill, reputation, anticipated savings, data, or business interruption.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability arising from a particular paid transaction will not exceed the amount actually paid to Signature Legacy for the work or service giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to the extent liability results from:

* fraud;
* willful misconduct;
* gross negligence where it cannot be excluded;
* death or personal injury for which liability cannot be limited;
* breach of a mandatory consumer guarantee;
* violation of a non-waivable privacy or statutory right; or
* another liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

Some jurisdictions do not allow particular warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, the limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted.

28. BUSINESS AND TRADE USERS

If you access the Services or purchase a work primarily for commercial, professional, gallery, design, hospitality, resale, or institutional purposes, consumer protections may not apply to the same extent as they apply to an individual purchasing primarily for personal use.

To the extent permitted by law, a business or trade user agrees to defend and indemnify Signature Legacy against third-party claims and reasonable losses arising from:

* unauthorized commercial use of the Services;
* infringement caused by materials supplied by that business user;
* false claims of affiliation or authorization;
* unlawful resale or advertising;
* alteration or misuse of certificates or provenance records; or
* the business user’s material violation of this Legal Notice or the applicable contract.

This Section does not require indemnification for loss caused by Signature Legacy’s own fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot lawfully be transferred.

29. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Legal Notice and use of the Services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties are encouraged to contact the Signature Legacy Concierge Team and attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through written communication.

For a dispute involving a consumer:

* the consumer retains any mandatory jurisdiction, remedy, protection, or right granted by applicable law;
* nothing in this Legal Notice requires a consumer to waive access to a competent regulator, consumer body, or court; and
* Korean statutory rules concerning consumer jurisdiction will apply where applicable.

For a dispute between Signature Legacy and a business, gallery, institution, professional purchaser, or other non-consumer party, the Seoul Central District Court will have exclusive first-instance jurisdiction to the fullest extent permitted by law, unless a written agreement provides otherwise.

Signature Legacy may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property, confidential information, cybersecurity, authenticity systems, or other rights requiring urgent protection.

30. TRANSLATIONS

This Legal Notice may be made available in Korean, English, Japanese, French, or another language.

Translations are provided to improve accessibility for international customers. Where a discrepancy arises, the English version will serve as the principal international commercial reference unless:

* an order-specific agreement states otherwise;
* a mandatory local-language requirement applies; or
* applicable law requires another interpretation.

No translation may be used to reduce a mandatory consumer right.

31. CHANGES TO THIS LEGAL NOTICE

We may update this Legal Notice to reflect changes in law, technology, Services, intellectual-property protection, or business operations.

The revised version will be posted with an updated date.

The version in effect when an order is accepted will ordinarily govern that transaction unless a later change is required by law or expressly agreed by the parties.

Changes governing general future use of the website become effective when posted or on the later date stated in the notice.

32. WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY

Failure by Signature Legacy to enforce a provision on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

If a provision is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
